Health, Safety and Environment

It is fundamental to implement an HSE standards which define the principles by which operations are conducted and control the risks in the whole industry cycle. We have strong skills and knowledge in working with Oil&Gas industry and always follow all safe rules during our work in supply chain.

Safety rules exist to keep employees, company assets and enviromnent where we work safe. These regulations can help prevent and mitigate accidents and minimize risk, which in turn support employee well-being and workplace effectiveness.

We apply HSE policies all levels of operations and in all sectors, starting from office work to cargo delivery and storage. We appreciate our employees for following safety rules not only performing job duties, but also at home with their families.

Health

The health function typically deals with the well-being of the employees as they live and work in their environment. It deals with the conduct of activities in such a way as to avoid harm to the health of employees and others, and to promote, as appropriate, their health.

Safety

The safety function focuses on protecting the employee from risk involved during any type of operation and duties. It is related to the principle that all injuries should be prevented and actively promote amongst all those associated with their activities the high standards of safety consciousness and discipline that this principle demands. The safety function seeks to minimize these risks and monitor the effectiveness of the minimization activities.

Environment

Environmental safety is defined by the guidance, policies, and practices enforced in order to ensure that the surrounding environment is free from hazards that will warrant the safety and well-being of workers and employees, residents near industrial operations, as well as the prevention of accidental environmental hazards

Collaborating with manufacturers and contractors is critical part in securing safety in our activities. We believe that effective planning, commitment to common goals and rules, clear responsibilities, good coordination and open communication are key to making sure everyone goes home healthy and safe. Safety and environment practices (HSE) are a fundamental part of Fenix KG+ work.

We conduct regular safety audit

Our HSE department audit our offices, transport, warehouses and all other assets we work at.

  • Audit and Inspection plans are developed in consideration of the Hazards and Risks presented
  • Report findings are communicated and corrective actions implemented as applicable
  • Effectiveness of all corrective actions are verified prior to close out of audit
  • Assessment and Monitoring of employee performance and actions implemented to ensure that they Champion the HSE values
